How I work with AI

I write, build, and think about AI for a living. So it would be strange to pretend I don't use it here. I do — every day, out loud, on the record. This is what that looks like.

Every word on this site was shaped by a human who meant it, with Claude and Codex in the room. On Speak Human, that means I write the first thing that happens in a week, Claude and Codex help me find the sentence I'm reaching for, and I decide what stays. On the Essentials shelf, Claude drafts guides in my voice from an outline I set, and I read and edit every one of them before it publishes — no guide reaches you without my hand on it. On the portfolio, “vibe-coded” means the same thing: I built these by talking to AI until they worked, and the taste calls are mine.

When Claude or Codex did real work, they're named. My name alone when they didn't. I never publish anything I haven't read. I don't use AI to fake a voice, a source, or a fact; if I quote a number or a study, I'll link the source so you can see it too. If I got something wrong, that's on me — AI in the room doesn't spread the blame.

That's the whole idea.
