I’m Dacia. I spent 20 years in financial technology — not as a programmer, but as the person asking “what problem are we actually solving?” I never wrote code. I wrote requirements, roadmaps, and the occasional strongly-worded email.

Then AI tools became good enough that I could finally build the things I’d been imagining for years. Not by learning to code, but by learning to *talk* to AI until it worked.

Now I build software by having conversations. Some people call it “vibe coding.” I call it the great equalizer.
